**Background and Inspiration**
1. Can you tell us about your journey as an artist? How did it all begin?
I started out in church, then attended a performing high school "John Leflore High School" to learn more about reading sheet music as well as singing classical music. Bianca later attended "The Art Institute of Atlanta" for Audio Production. It was college where she started taking her music career to another level. Bianca performed in hundreds of showcases and open mics to bring awareness around her name. She has won 23 awards, collaborated with major artists such as Trina, Yung Bleu, Rylo Rodriguez, Rich Boy, and HoneyKomb Brazy just to name a few! Bianca founded her label "QB GANG THE LABEL" in 2021. She surpassed over 1 million streams, and also founded her own showcase "ADD IT UP SHOWCASE" where she gives back to up-and-coming artists. You never know what's next for the ALABAMA SUPER STAR!
2. Who or what has been your biggest inspiration?
My Mother is my biggest inspiration. The way she works so hard makes me want to strive harder to make her proud.
3. Were there any specific experiences that shaped your artistic style or philosophy?
Listening to artists like Trina, Boosie, Future, Nicki Minaj, Monica, Lauren Hill, Keyshia Cole, Gucci Mane, Rich Boy, 36 Mafia, and Jodeci helped form my style of music!
4. Do you have formal training, or are you self-taught?
I was vocally trained in church, high school, and college. I learned how to be comfortable performing in front of others in church.
5. Are there any other artists or movements that have influenced your work?
Yes! Trina, Boosie, Future, Nicki Minaj, Monica, Lauren Hill, Keyshia Cole, Gucci Mane, Rich Boy, 3'6 Mafia, and Jodeci!
**Creative Process**
6. How do you approach starting a new piece?
Normally I come up with melodies in my head, then get my producer to make a beat around my melody. I also go through beats and vibe to them at home and create. I engineer my own music as well.
7. Can you walk us through your creative process?
A Lot of times I like writing with a clear mind, but sometimes your best music comes from your struggling moments.
8. How do you decide when a piece is finished?
When a song is fully mixed and mastered, I consider it complete.
**Artistic Style and Themes**
9. How would you describe your style or aesthetic?
My style is a mix between Trina, Boosie, Nicki Minaj, and Gucci Mane!
10. Are there recurring themes or messages in your work? No
11. Do you experiment with different mediums or stick to one? Why?
I'm always setting the bar higher for myself.
12. How has your style evolved over time?
I feel like I've found my sound. I know how to approach any type of track now.
13. Do you create with a specific audience in mind, or is it more personal? No
**Inspirations and Influences**
14. What roles do your surroundings or culture play in your art?
My upbringing plays a huge role. I came up from humble beginnings, which is why my music is so relatable.
15. Are there any non-artistic influences, like!
I'm very influenced by Master P. The way he molded his label, that's what I seek to do with mines.
