D. Woods Readies for New Single "Call It Quits", Scores New Acting Roles
[Atlanta, GA] Multi-platinum R&B diva D. Woods is not calling it quits anytime soon. The triple-threat singer, dancer and actress is having a busy 2014 thus far, with television appearances, theater productions, and a big screen debut in the Patrick Ian Polk directed film, “Blackbird”. Starring alongside Oscar winning actress Mo’Nique and Grey’s Anatomy’s Isaiah Washington, the film premiered at the 22nd Annual Pan African Film Festival. The songstress also hit the theatrical stage starring beside Kandi Burruss in her musical, “A Mother’s Love”. All while trending on social media, D. Woods made her Real Housewives of Atlanta cameo, prepping for her show-stopping role in Kandi's sold-out musical at the Rialto Center in Atlanta. She is also preparing for more television and big screen appearances in the immediate future. Keeping her composure and classy demeanor, D.
